Identify Multiples of 1-Digit Numbers- 4th Grade Math
Understand multiples of number and determine whether a whole number in the range 1-100 is a multiple of a given 1-digit number. To support their work, students can use number chart (hundreds chart). They can also identify some helpful patterns like the following:
- All even numbers are multiples of 2.
- All numbers ending in 0 are multiples of 10.
- All numbers ending in 5 or 0 multiples of 5.
