**What is a month?**

In math, a month can be defined as a unit of time, used in calendars, which is 30 or 31 days long.

A year has 12 months, namely – January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December.

- The number of days in a month vary from 30 to 31.
- There are 4 to 5 weeks in a month.
